STEP 1 OF 4
Step 1, Find your genius.
Join The Climb to meet themselves, free themselves, and lead themselves into their highest potential.
We're starting here on purpose.
Every self-help book wants to open with what's broken about you. I won't do that. You don't renovate a house you believe is a shack. So first, we establish what you're actually standing in.
The truth is, you have a genius. Not in the gifted-kid sense. In the wiring sense. There are certain kinds of work that give you energy and certain kinds that quietly drain the life out of you, and most people have never once looked at which is which.
I hadn't. I spent years doing work that drained me, wondering why success felt like drowning. When I finally saw my own wiring, that I'm built to generate and evaluate ideas, and that grinding execution genuinely costs me, years of exhaustion suddenly had an explanation. I wasn't lazy. I wasn't broken. I was mis-deployed.
The science is simple: energy, not skill, is the honest signal. You can be skilled at things that drain you. You cannot build a life on them.
So here's step one. Take the assessment below. It takes about ten minutes. Answer honestly, not aspirationally, who you are, not who you think you should be.
The Assessment
Take the ten-minute Working Genius assessment.
Roughly ten minutes. Uses my facilitator link (CAULTEAM25).
When your results come back, do one thing before moving on: find the part that names what energizes you, and sit with this question,
How much of your actual week is spent there?
For most people the honest answer is almost none. If that stung, good. That sting is information.
You just met your value. Now let's meet what's been sitting on top of it.
